At Sanita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Sanita tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
